 Cosmetics is an good substance because they improve your appearance and odour of the human body. Cosmetics is an mixtures of chemical compound they derived from natural sources, or synthetically created ones. They use on various purposes. Cosmetics have an designed from personal care and skin care can be used to cleanse or protect the body or skin. Cosmetics substance that you put on your face or hair to make yourself look more attractive. Cosmetics, this is an several preparations (excluding soap) because that are applied to the human body for beautifying, preserving, or altering the appearance or for cleansing, coloring, conditioning, or protecting the skin, hair, nails, lips, eyes or teeth. Cosmetic product used to clean, improve and change your complexion. They have include beauty preparations (makeup , perfume, skin cream, nail polish) and grooming aids (soap, shampoo, shaving cream, deodorant). Cosmetics have an designed for enhance or alter one's appearance (makeup) can be used to conceal blemishes, enhance one's natural features (such as eyebrows and eyelashes), and add color to person's face or change the appearance of the face entirely to resemble a different person, creature or object. Cosmetics have an designed to add fragrance to the body.

 Use of Cosmetics :-

Cosmetics have an designed for two purposes skin care and personal care. (1) Skin care - They have designed for skin care can be used to cleanse, exfoliate and protect the skin as well as replenishing it, by the use of cleanser, toner,serums, moisturizers, under eye creams, and balms. (2) Personal care - Cosmetics they have designed for more general personal care, such as shampoo, soap and body wash can be used to cleanse the body.

               They have designed to enhance one's appearance (makeup) can be used to conceal blemishes, enhance one's natural features (such as eyebrows and eyelashes), and add color to a person's face to look more attractive and this makeup used to performance. Fashion shows and people in costume can be used to change the appearance of the face entirely to resemble a different person, techniques for changing appearance include contouring, techniques which aims to give a shape to an area of the face.

                Cosmetics have also designed to add fragrance to the body. Some product used for haircare such as permanent waves, hair color, hairsprays, they are all classified as cosmetics as well.

Types of Cosmetics :-

Specifically, they have seven types of categories of cosmetics and personal care products- Oral care, Skin care, Sun care, Hair care, Decorative cosmetics, Body care cosmetics and perfumes, but mainly three classification of cosmetics , they have classified into ''perfume and eau de cologne ''including fragrance, ''makeup cosmetics'' including foundation cream, lipsticks, nail-polish, kajal and eye makeup, ''skin care cosmetics'' including facial cream, skin lotion, face moisturizers, cleansing cream, ''hair care products'' including hair dye, shampoo, and hair treatment.  Decorative (primary, concealer, foundation, blusher, bronzer, eyeshadow, highlighter, lip liner, eyeliner, eyelashes, mascara, lipsticks, lip gloss, moisturizers, sunscreens). Skincare (cleanser, toner, facial mask, moisturizer, sunscreen ,serums). Hair care (shampoo, hair conditioner, hair mask, styling products include gels, wax, hair setting sprays, hair mousse, hair serum, they are used to maintain hair style. Perfume ( parfum, Eau de parfum, Eau de toilette , difference between Eau de parfum (EDP) and Eau de toilette (EDT). EDT is more about the perfume oil concentration. EDP has a extra concentration of perfume oil than EDT. Cosmetic design to be used on the face and eye are usually applied with a makeup brush, makeup sponge (beauty blendor), or the fingertips. They can be liquid or cream emulsions products. They are types of cosmetics.

Tools of Cosmetics:-

Some tools are used to apply cosmetics. For example brushes, brushes are used to apply makeup on the face, they have two type of makeup brushes synthetic and natural. Synthetic brushes are used for cream products and Natural brushes used for powder products. A makeup sponge (beauty blendor) is an popular applicator, makeup sponge (beauty blendor) is used to be apply for blending foundation,  concelor, highlighter and other powder products.
Many types of cosmetic brushes, for example- foundation brush, blusher brush, powder brush, highlighter brush, eyeshadow brush, eyeliner brush, eyebrow brush, lip liner brush, mascara brush etc.

History of Cosmetics :-

Cosmetics, they used to improve and enhance human appearance, they concept of cosmetics and beauty is as ancient as mankind and civilization. The ancient time Egyptians started cosmetics for use plants and herbs, they believed that healing plants possess supernatural power. China used for herbs in cosmetics and they are popular and they are biologically active's in today cosmetics. Mostly used as a herbs in cosmetics in India, it was Turmeric. Egyptians, both men and women were using scented oils and ointments to clean their skin and mask body odor, in around 10,000 BCE. Cosmetics use of India dates back to the Vedic and Puranic periods, this is an increased consciousness about beauty. this results in the growth of the cosmetics.

               According to one source, they are first Cosmetics appeared 5,000 years ago in Egypt, Egyptians to achieve a pleasant smell or softness of a skin , they were used incense oils and women are applied white to protect their face from the sun, Egyptians are always first to use antimony based paint as a eye-liner.

6000 BCE :-

Egyptians are first, to known as a kohl, they were most popular makeup that the Egyptians was kohl. That, they were similar to a black eye-shadow but Egyptians they used to line the eyes, they are usually made for a grey ore called galena. Egyptians are also wear red lipstick, they was made by mixing fat and red ochre. Egyptians are also didn't limit beauty to their faces. Egyptians believed that makeup on their eyes protected them from the ''Evil eye'' and kohl protected to the eyes for the sun damage.  

4000 BCE :-

This time period, women of Greece and Rome began wearing makeup, they can achieve a more, ''Natural'' look. They also wore light touches of color on their cheeks and lips, they created by mixing plants or fruits with lead based dyes and mercury. Women wear light powder foundations, at times, but mostly women made sure their natural skin and they wear using honey and olive oil in their various skincare products; like a moisturizer and cleanser.

3000 BCE - 600 CE :-

Throughout this time period, Chinese royalty peoples used nail polish, because nail polish represent their social status. Upper-ranking leaders wore silver or gold nail polish, lower-ranking leaders wore black or red nail polish and the poorer peoples were forbidden to wear any nail polish. 600 CE this time, Chinese women use very light colored foundations and they were made of a very white powder, and they wore also harmful strong red powder on their cheeks and dark their eye brows. Chinese royalty used pigment in most of their cosmetic at that time was created by boiling plants, spices and animal fats, China was one of the first to have change beauty trends fastly. Mostly eye brow trend was created by Tang Dynasty (618-907 AD).

1500 CE :-

This time period, women work on their skincare to give the appearance of naturally flawless skin by using homemade recipes. Suddenly changed everything in 1550s, because Elizabethan concept of beauty gained popularity. Every women plucking their eye brows to give the illusion of having a big forehead and women colored their lips and cheeks by using egg whites, ochers and even mercury. These beauty trends dangerous for women's health and body.

1900 CE :-

Another queen influenced beauty trends, but this time it was against them all , was Queen Victoria because Queen Victoria not believed makeup. They believed that makeup was unladylike and vulgar.
